Gabriel India announced its strategic acquisition of assets from Marelli Motherson Auto Suspension Parts. The acquisition includes 3.2 million shock absorbers and 1 million gas spring units. Gabriel India stated that the cost of the acquisition under the Asset Purchase Agreement is around ₹60 crore.
