GACM Technologies QIP priced at ₹1

GACM Technologies opened a ₹49.50 crore QIP at ₹1 per share, above the ₹0.67 regulatory floor price and ₹0.75 market price. FY26 revenue rose 60.1% to ₹21.87 crore, while PAT surged 108.7% to ₹8.60 crore. Borrowings effectively moved to zero, strengthening its balance sheet ahead of expansion plan.
