Union Minister of Road Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari on Friday inaugurated a three-lane underpass at Parade Road junction near Manekshaw Centre on the Dhaula Kuan-Airport stretch on National Highway-8. According to officials from the National Highways Authority of India, travel from the Delhi airport to Dhaula Kuan will become signal-free with the opening of the underpass.
