Former India bowling coach Bharat Arun said India head coach Gautam Gambhir is a tough task master but he defines the process. He noted that it is up to players to find ways to get the processes right, adding that Gambhir gives players freedom to express themselves. Arun highlighted that experience has made Team India a formidable T20 team.
