Gaming hardware maker Razer has announced its acquisition of Nextbit, the startup that made Robin smartphone with 100 GB of free cloud storage. Nextbit said it will stop selling Robin to work on more "rebellious" projects. The startup had raised $18 million in funding from Accel, GV and Dentsu, and received $1.36 million through crowdfunding from Kickstarter.
