Gandhar Oil Refinery has signed a non-binding MoU with Jawaharlal Nehru Port Authority to develop terminal at Vadhvan Port. The ₹1,000 crore project, expected to commence in 2030 after a successful bid, will handle containers, bulk, and liquid cargo. It includes infrastructure for marine services, intermodal connectivity, digital solutions and skill development.
