The Dutch and German authorities busted a gang that blew up ATMs with explosives to loot cash, Europol said. The criminals were producing step-by-step tutorials on how to blow up cash machines and during one of the test runs, a suspect died and another was seriously injured. The gang blew up 15 ATMs in Germany, causing damage worth €2.5 million.
