The police have arrested eight gang members who allegedly kidnapped four manager-level employees of a BPO firm in Bengaluru while posing as police officials. The accused had sought a ransom of ₹18.9 lakh, extorted money from another employee and even demanded cash from the victims, as per reports. Two vehicles which were used in the incident were also seized.
