Nasir Khan, who was convicted in 2012 Park Street gang rape case, has been accused of molesting a woman at a five-star hotel in Kolkata. The woman alleged that she and her husband were sitting with their friends when accused, and his friends started a fight. Khan was released from prison in 2020, over a year early for "good behaviour".
