A gang that allegedly used toy guns to extort money from people was busted in Srinagar, said police. Six persons, belonging to different parts of the city, have been arrested. "The modus operandi of the gang was to threaten and extort money from people by using toy pistols, walkie-talkie sets, and other articles such as uniforms," said police.
