A gangster identified as Harshad Patankar held a rally after being released from jail on July 23 in Maharashtra's Nashik. His supporters shared videos of the rally, in which reportedly 15 two-wheelers participated, with the caption "comeback". After the videos surfaced, Patankar and his six aides were arrested for carrying out an unauthorised rally and creating chaos.
