Garbage scattered at university sports ground after Punjab govt's event; students furious

Garbage was found scattered at Punjab Agricultural University's football and athletics ground after the Punjab government's event marking Bhagat Singh's birth anniversary. Students and sportspersons alleged that Bhagat Singh's photographs were strewn and that a roti-making tandoor also damaged the track. "Is this how Bhagat Singh would have wanted his birth anniversary remembered?" a student said.
