One technician died and three others were injured after a gas cylinder exploded during the filming of a bomb blast scene in SJ Suryah's upcoming film 'Killer' in Chennai. The incident occurred around 5 am at Binny Mills complex in Perambur. The injured were taken to Rajiv Gandhi Government General Hospital, while police have registered a case and begun investigating.
