Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation-backed agritech startup Cropin has secured around ₹113 crore in funding from Google, Singapore-based Impact Assets and existing investors. The startup passed a special resolution to issue 95,590 compulsorily convertible preference shares at ₹11,862.68 apiece in pre-Series D round, as per a regulatory filing. Cropin had raised around ₹164 crore in Series C round.
