Billionaire Gautam Adani has stepped down from the position of Executive Chairman of Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone, with effect from Tuesday. He will transition to Non-Executive Chairman and also cease to be a key managerial personnel of the company. Meanwhile, Manish Kejriwal has been appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Director for an initial period of three years.
