Aditya Birla Group Chairman Kumar Mangalam Birla has said that he and his wife Neerja Birla gave their three children the freedom to choose their careers and follow their passion. The couple's eldest daughter Ananya is a musician, while son Aryaman is a cricketer. Birla added that growing up he didn't have a choice to pick his own career path.
