General Motors CEO Mary Barra told CNN that 92% of her nearly $30 million compensation is "based on the performance of the company". Her response came after being asked why the company's workers aren't getting a 34% pay hike like she has received over the last four years. Workers are currently striking against the company over pay and other benefits.
