Gensol Engineering is likely to face a multi-agency probe amid SEBI’s findings of large-scale financial irregularities at the clean energy firm, Moneycontrol reported. The probe may include examination of all connected entities, listed and unlisted, as well as connected persons. SEBI, in an interim order, said Co-founders Anmol and Puneet Singh Jaggi used firm's funds for their personal use.
