George Orwell's house in Bihar now a museum

British novelist George Orwell's house in Bihar's Motihari district has been turned into a museum. The renovation of the century-old house began in 2014, and its re-opening was inaugurated by the Bihar CM Nitish Kumar. Orwell, best known for his novels "Animal farm" and "1984" was born there in 1903 while his father worked for the British raj.
