A station on the Paris metro rail network named after Queen Elizabeth II's grandfather was renamed out of respect for the late Queen on her funeral day, Paris's public transit authority informed on Monday. The George V station was renamed "Elizabeth II". Signs at the station were replaced as part of the change that is to remain for a day.
