An interesting event took place during the second WT20I between New Zealand and Sri Lanka in Christchurch. New Zealand opener Georgia Plimmer was given out for four off five deliveries after she was adjudged caught behind off left-arm spinner Sugandika Kumari. Plimmer was not convinced and, in fact, asked her batting partner Suzie Bates about it and eventually walked off.
