German police said a robbery suspect escaped after taking two people, including a cash transport driver, hostage at a savings bank branch in Germany's Sinzig town on Friday. Police said they are searching for one suspect but there could be multiple perpetrators. Police added that the hostages were rescued from a vault unharmed after an extensive operation.
