German brand Billy Boy has launched Camdom, a “digital condom” app designed to prevent unauthorized audio and video recordings during intimate moments. Using Bluetooth, Camdom disables smartphone cameras and mics, alerting users of any bypass attempts. Aimed at tackling revenge porn, the app has already gained traction in over 30 countries and will soon expand to iOS.
