Germany's largest rail-tech supplier Knorr-Bremse Group is likely to buy Escorts Kubota's railway business for over ₹4,000 crore, CNBC-TV18 reported. The deal is likely to be announced in a few days. "As a principle, we don't comment on specific merger and acquisition topics," Knorr-Bremse Group said. Escorts Kubota is selling the business to reportedly concentrate on its core tractor business.
