Germany and Belgium have seized over 23 tonnes of cocaine, describing it as the biggest seizure of the drug in Europe, German customs said. "The enormous amount of cocaine would have brought in several billion euros in street sales," it added. Of the total quantity, over 16 tonnes was seized in Germany and over seven tonnes was seized in Belgium.
