Delhi Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena wrote to the Delhi government over the 10-year-old diesel vehicle ban and called it "irrational". He urged CM Rekha Gupta to file a review petition in the Supreme Court against its 2018 order. He said he has received "innumerable representations, calls and messages" from citizens questioning the feasibility and fairness of the order.
