Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) Mayor Gadwal Vijayalaxmi held a meeting with GHMC Commissioner Lokesh Kumar and other officials over the release of 31,000 birth and death certificates without verification in Hyderabad. The GHMC vigilance wing has initiated a probe to identify officials involved in the discrepancies. They have been asked to submit a detailed report by month-end.
