Mphasis has appointed Girish Srikrishna Paranjpe as chairperson of its board, effective January 7, 2026. An independent director since 2024, Paranjpe succeeds Jan Kathleen Hier. A co-promoter at Exfinity Venture Partners, he brings deep leadership experience to guide Mphasis’ AI-led growth strategy.
