Five students, including two teenagers, allegedly involved in ragging a girl student from the state-run Binayak Acharya College have been arrested by Odisha Police. A viral video of the incident shows the victim being forcibly kissed. ​Berhampur SP said the accused will be booked under POCSO Act and IT Act among others. Meanwhile, the college expelled 12 accused students.
