J&K CM Omar Abdullah said the Delhi terror plot was uncovered after a jilted woman complained to police about her ex-boyfriend. He explained the plot emerged when Jaish-e-Mohammed posters appeared in Srinagar. "The girl told police her ex-boyfriend was the one putting them up," Omar said, while adding that the details he heard were "sort of word of mouth."
