GIVA's Raksha Bandhan ad featuring Kriti Sanon withdrawn after backlash over outfit, dog-rakhi

Jewellery brand GIVA has withdrawn Raksha Bandhan advertisement featuring actress Kriti Sanon after backlash over her bralette-style outfit and a scene showing her tying a rakhi to a dog. The brand said it has deep respect for Indian culture and never intended to hurt sentiments. Kriti defended the ad, saying, "Culture and traditions are in woman's heart...not in her neckline!"
