Global digital ad spend to touch $137 billion: Study

Worldwide advertising spend on internet-enabled devices is expected to grow by 14.8% to $137.53 billion this year, which is up from about one-fifth of spending in 2012, research firm eMarketer said in its study. It expects that by 2018, total digital ad spend will reach $204.1 billion. At present, the US is the single biggest spender on digital ads.
