Insurance regulator IRDAI on Friday gave final approval to Fairfax-backed Go Digit General Insurance for listing on BSE and NSE. In August, Go Digit had filed preliminary papers with SEBI to raise funds through IPO. The IPO comprises fresh issuance of equity shares worth ₹1,250 crore and an offer-for-sale (OFS) of 10,94,45,561 equity shares, the draft red herring prospectus showed.
