Travel Agents Association of India (TAAI) met Civil Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia and informed him about the challenges being faced by TAAI members in getting refunds for cancelled Go First tickets. The airline is giving refunds in the credit shell and not in the bank accounts of the agents. Scindia assured the members that he'll look into the issue.
