AICC Goa desk in-charge A Chella Kumar today claimed Goa CM Manohar Parrikar is calling and "threatening" people from his hospital room. The allegation comes a day after Goa Forward Party President Vijai Sardesai said Parrikar had spoken to him about administrative matters over the phone. Parrikar is currently being treated at All India Institute of Medical Sciences Delhi.
