Former Goa minister and BJP MLA Michael Lobo, along with his wife Delilah Lobo, joined the Congress party in Panaji on Tuesday. It comes a day after Lobo quit the BJP party ahead of the state Assembly polls. "Voters told me that the BJP is no more a party of the common people," Lobo had said after quitting the BJP.
