Pradeep Ghadi Amonkar, original owner of the 'Birch by Romeo Club' land, claimed that Surinder Kumar Khosla, one of the accused in the fire case, is being protected by "some big guys". Calling Khosla the prime accused, Amonkar claimed the police allowed him to flee to the UK after the fire that claimed 25 lives. Khosla is a British national.
