Goa nightclub Birch by Romeo Lane's owners Gaurav Luthra and Saurabh Luthra, who fled to Thailand after a fire killed 25 people there, have filed a petition for anticipatory bail in Delhi's Rohini Court. A hearing for the plea is scheduled for today. This came after a Blue Corner Notice was issued against the brothers.
