Goa unveils AI Policy 2026, launches state-level AI hackathon

Goa has unveiled its AI Policy 2026, outlining a 3-year roadmap for responsible artificial intelligence, improve governance and create economic opportunities. CM Pramod Sawant highlighted plans to expand AI training in educational institutions. Government also launched AI hackathon and showcased Konkani language model, digital preservation initiatives and AI training programmes at the conclave.
