Godfrey Phillips shares fall 5% after Bina Modi reappointed as MD

Shares of Godfrey Phillips fell over 5% in early trade on Monday after Bina Modi was reappointed as MD for five more years. Bina's daughter Charu was appointed as Executive Director while son Samir, who accused Bina of planning an assault on him, was removed from the board. The shares have so far hit a low of ₹6,770 on Monday.
