Godrej family's Tanya Dubash purchased two luxury ocean-view apartments in Mumbai's Worli Sea Face for over ₹294 crore, marking one of India's costliest residential transactions based on per square foot valuation of ₹2.5 lakh/sq ft, ET reported. The flats are located on the 19th and 20th floors. They each feature a 5,812-sq ft carpet area and 645-sq ft balcony area.
