Going to sleep at different time every night can increase risk of heart disease: Study

Individuals with inconsistent sleep routines were at a significantly higher risk of major cardiovascular events, such as heart disease and stroke, according to a research. This is regardless of whether they achieved recommended seven to nine hours of sleep per night. Additionally, the study found that individuals with regular sleep patterns were more likely to achieve recommended amount of sleep.
