Gold and silver crossed key milestones in the domestic futures market on Tuesday after hitting record highs in the international market ahead of Dhanteras. In a first, gold futures with December expiry crossed ₹1.26 lakh per 10 g for the first time, while silver futures with December expiry climbed to 1.62 lakh per 1 kg. This comes amid US-China tensions.
