Gold, silver rise on MCX; Chennai records highest rates on Sept 24

Gold and silver prices remained in focus across major Indian cities, with Chennai recording the highest rates and Delhi the lowest. In Chennai, 24K gold was priced at ₹1,52,250 per 10 gm and silver at ₹2,36,340 per kg, compared with ₹1,51,550 and ₹2,35,240, respectively, in Delhi. On MCX, gold futures rose 0.84% to ₹1,54,263 per 10 gm, while silver gained 0.16%.
