Gold price on Tuesday stood at ₹77,170 per 10 grams as of 6:50 am, according to the India Bullion Association. The price was marginally higher than the current rate on Monday after it fell from ₹79,100 on Friday. Gold price had hit the highest levels in the month so far on December 11. Gold reached up to ₹81,500 in October.
