Goldman Sachs has agreed to pay $215 million to around 2,800 women to settle a long-running class-action lawsuit that accused it of widespread bias against women. The plaintiffs alleged the bank systematically paid women less than men and gave women weaker performance reviews that impeded their career growth. The case was to go to trial in New York next month.
