Car repair and servicing startup GoMechanic is approaching car-selling marketplaces CARS24 and Spinny, among others, for a potential acquisition, Moneycontrol reported. This comes days after the startup's Co-founder, Amit Bhasin, fired 70% of its staff and admitted to misreporting financial performance during a funding deal. GoMechanic's sale will reportedly be a distress sale at lower valuation.
