The Good Glamm Group acquired 51% stake in Twinkle Khanna's digital media company, Tweak India, for an undisclosed amount in a cash and stock deal. The Good Glamm Group has acquired 12 companies so far and raised $250 million in the last year. Twinkle Khanna will remain Tweak India's CEO and will become a shareholder in the Good Glamm Group.
