The Good Glamm Group has increased its stake to 90% in direct-to-consumer (D2C) mother and baby care brand The Moms Co. As per The Economic Times, the hike in holding comes as Moms Co's Founders, Malika Sadani and Mohit Sadani, have left the firm and stepped away from day-to-day operations. "We want them to continue on the board," Glamm said.
