The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has found Google guilty of misusing its market dominance in one of the 4 cases it has probed against the search engine giant. If the findings are upheld by the fair-trade watchdog, Google could face a monetary fine and regulatory battles similar to the ones it is already facing in Europe.
